孕前及孕期体重增加与产科并发症关系探讨 　　【摘 要】目的：本文主要探究孕前和孕期体重出现增加和产科并发症之间存有的联系进行分析，以降低产科并发症的发生机率。方法：将2015年11月03日-2017年11月10日间于我院产科收治的初产妇之中盲选430例作为研究对象，以产妇与孕前BMI指数作为分组的依据，BMI指数低于23kg/m2的276例产妇纳入常规组，将BMI指数等于或大于23kg/m2的154例产妇纳入超重组。再以患者的孕期体重增加进行分组，其中增加少于15kg的113例产妇纳入第一组，孕期体重增加15kg-20kg的178例产妇纳入第二组，孕期体重增加超过20kg的139例产妇纳入第三组，对产科并发症的发生率进行分析。结果：第三组产科并发症发生率明显高于第一组和第二组，而第二组并发症发生率又明显高于第一组，组间对比存有显著差异（P0.05）。结论：在孕前和孕期中产妇需适当控制体重的增加，对于妊娠结局的改善起到积极的促进作用。 　　【关键词】体重；孕前；产科并发症；孕期 　　Abstract Objective： This paper mainly discusses the relationship between weight gain before and during pregnancy and obstetric complications， in order to reduce the incidence of obstetric complications. Methods： 430 primiparas with BMI index lower than 23 kg / m2 were selected as the study object. 276 primiparas with BMI index lower than 23 kg / m2 were enrolled in the routine group， and 154 primiparas with BMI index equal to or higher than 23 kg / m2 were enrolled in the study The patients were divided into three groups， 113 cases with weight gain less than 15 kg were included in the first group， 178 cases with weight gain of 15 kg - 20 kg were included in the second group， 139 cases with weight gain of more than 20 kg were included in the third group， and the incidence of obstetric complications was analyzed.
