孟鲁司特对过敏性紫癜患儿T细胞亚群变化影响 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨使用孟鲁司特治疗过敏性紫癜（HSP）患儿对其T细胞亚群变化的影响。方法 将2010年1月～2013年1月本院收治的120例过敏性紫癜患儿， 随机分为为对照组60例和观察组60例， 对照组行传统对症治疗， 观察组在此基础上服用孟鲁司特进行治疗。治疗前后分别采集两组患儿血样对T细胞亚群含量进行测定。另同期选取40例正常儿童作为正常组。结果 观察组患儿服用孟鲁司特治疗后其T细胞亚群CD4+ T 细胞、CD8+ T 细胞及CD4+/CD8+治疗前相比均有显著改善（P0.05）。结论 孟鲁司特能够调节过敏性紫癜患儿T细胞亚群的免疫作用， 治疗过敏性紫癜有良好效果。 　　【关键词】 过敏性紫癜；孟鲁司特；T细胞亚群 　　Influence of montelukast on children with allergic purpura T cell subsets CHEN Ling. Methods 120 cases patients with HSP were randomly divided into control group（60 cases） and observation group（60 cases）， control group was treated with conventional treatment， observation group was treated on the basis of the conventional treatment， and also given montelukast sodium tablets.Collected blood samples before and after the treatment， used the fluorescence method and flow cytometry in strument detection T cell subsets content. 40 cases of normal children were choosen as healthy group. Results Compared with observation group given treatment before， observation group after used montelukast， HSP children with CD4+ cells and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly higher（P0.05）， CD8+ cells were significantly lower（P0.05）. Conclusion Montelukast can regulate the function of T cell subsets and can treat HSP effectively. 　　【Key words】 Allergic purpura； Montelukast； T cell subsets 　　临床儿科上较为常见过敏性紫癜（allergic purpura， AP）， 又称为舒-亨综合征（henoch-schonlein purpura， HSP）[1]。HSP的病理基础主要为范围较广的小血管炎性变态反应， 常会累及小静脉以及小动脉。HSP患者常出现和血小板水平降低无关的皮肤接触性紫癜、关节疼痛或关节炎， 还伴随有胃肠道出血、腹痛及肾炎等临床普遍症状[2]。作为一种新型的白三烯炎症介质受体拮抗剂， 孟鲁司特在抗炎、免疫等许多方面有着极其重要的临床应用价值， 可用于治疗哮喘、抗炎和抗过敏， 其抗炎作用除了直接抑制白三烯受体的活性外， 还可以通过影响T细胞亚群的水平而发挥作用。本研究旨在探讨使用孟鲁司特治疗过敏性紫癜（HSP）患儿对其T细胞亚群变化的影响。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1. 1 一般资料 选取2010年1月～2012年1月患者收治的120例过敏性紫癜患儿， 均为首次接受治疗。将其随机分为两组。观察组（60例）：男38例， 女22例；年龄3～14岁， 平均（8.12±2.87）岁；病程为3～26 d， 平均（10±2.1）d；单纯皮疹型3
