学兔兔 j4 文章编号:1003—4722(2O1 1)05—0064 05 鄂东长江公路大桥设计关键技术 胡明义,黄冰释,余俊林,唐守峰 (湖北鄂东长江公路大桥有限公司。湖北 黄石 135()02) 摘 要:鄂东长江公路大桥主桥为主跨 926/n的双塔双索面半飘浮体系混合梁斜拉桥.主梁 采用分离式双箱PK断面形式,中跨为钢箱梁,边跨为 PC箱梁,钢一混凝土结合段设于中跨距桥 塔中心 l2.5 Hi处。为使钢结构与混凝土结构平稳过渡,钢一混凝土结合段采用 PBI 剪力连接器 的多格室传力构造。索塔锚固采用在塔柱内置钢锚箱的构造,为控制锚固区混凝土裂缝开展,在锚 固侧混凝土塔壁内设置 l2j5 15.24预应力束。为增强结构耐久性和使用寿命,进行钢筋混凝土 耐 久性及钢结构防腐设计;采用全寿命设计理念,设置桥梁各主要构件检查维护通道,提出构件检查、 维护周期及更换标准、工艺及技术要求。 关键词:鄂东长江公路大桥;斜拉桥;混合梁;结合段;桥梁设计 中图分类号:U448.27;U442.5 文献标志码:A Key Techniq ues for Design of Edong Changj iang River Highway Bridge H U Ming—yi,HUANG Bing—shi。l 【,Jun—lin。TANG Shou—feng (Hubei Edong Changjiang River Highway Bridge Co.,Ltd.,Huangshi 435002,China) Abstract:The main bridge of Edong Changjiang River Highway Bridge is a semi—floating sys tern hybrid girder cable—stayed bridge with double pylons,double cable planes and with a rnaiI1 span 926 m. Fhe main girder of the bridge was designed as the PK (Pasco Kennewick t~ridge) cross section of separated twin boxes,of which the part of the girder for the central span is of t hc steel box girder。the parts of the girder for the side spans are of the prestressed concrete(P(、) box girders and a steel and concrete joint section was set on each side of the central span at a dis tance of 1 2.5 m lO the center of a pylon.To ensure a smooth transition between lhe steel~ln(t concrete structure,the multi—cel1 force transmission structure with PBI shear conneclo r was tlsed for the joint section.The cable—to—pylon anchorage is the steel anchor box structure buih in
