摘 要
本论文设计的是冲压模,利用的是复合模生产,首先对冲压件进行工艺分析,然后确定模具类型及模具零件。主要内容包括冲压工艺性分析、拉深工艺方案的确定、毛坯尺寸计算、排样方案的确定及计算、裁板方案及计算、工序的合并与工序顺序、计算各工序的压力、落料拉深复合模的设计、落料刃口、计算拉深部分刃口尺寸、模架的选择、压力机的选择及校核、模具的综合性分析、模具的装配、校核模具闭合高度、绘制模具总装配图及零件图。

Abstract
This thesis punch mould design, taking advantage of the composite mold production, first of stamping process analysis, and then determine mold type and molded parts. The main contents include stamping technology analysis, deep drawing process scheme determination, the blank dimensions calculation, the layout for the identification and calculation, cutting board scheme and calculation, process of merger and activity sequencing, calculating the process of pressure, blanking deep drawing composite modulus design, blanking the blade, calculation of deep drawing blade size, formwork part of choice, the machine selection and checking, mould comprehensive analysis, mold assembly, checking mold closing height, rendering drawings and parts drawing mould total.
