The countries of the world, espe- cially the European Union (EU) and the United States (USA) and other developed countries have formed a ma- ture management mechanism for food packaging. A comparative analysis was made to the relevant provisions of EU, USA and China in food packaging materials laws, regulations, and standards. And for differences for food packaging definition and the relevant provisions in EU, USA and China are briefly analyzed, as well as the materials management were briefly introduced.
