第 20 卷第 11 期 化工时刊 Vol. 20 ,No . 11                         2006 年 11 月 Chemical Industry Time s Nov. 11. 2006 大孔树脂对甘油的静态吸附 及其热力学研究 朱思佳 吕秀阳  何世伟 吕丽丽 (浙江大学二次资源化工国家专业实验室 ,浙江 杭州 310027) 摘要  研究了 8 种大孔树脂对甘油的静态吸附行为 ,根据吸附等温线研究了吸附热力学性质 ,在 303 ~323 K和研究的浓度范围内 ,树脂 HPD500 对甘油的吸附平衡数据符合 Freundlich 吸附等温方程。实 验结果表明 ,较大的比表面积和带有一定极性的树脂有利于吸附 ,吸附过程为放热的物理吸附 , 降低 温度有利于吸附。并计算了甘油在大孔树脂 HPD500 上的吸附焓变、吉布斯自由能变、吸附熵变 ,并 对吸附行为做了合理的解释。 关键词  大孔树脂  甘油  平衡吸附  吸附等温线  吸附热力学   Study on the Static Adsorption Behaviors and Thermodynamic Properties of Glycerine on Macroporous Resins Zhu Sijia  Lu Xiuyang  He Shiwei  Lu Lili (National Laboratory of Secondary Resources Chemical Engineering , Zhejiang University ,Zhejiang Hangzhou 310027) Abstract  A comparison of the adsorption of eight macroporous resins was carried out , including the static equilibrium adsorption isotherms and the adsorption thermodynamic properties. Equilibrium data for the adsorption of glycerine on HPD500 within temperature range of 303 K~323 K and investigative concentration range had been obtained and were corre lated with Freundlich equation. Comparative static adsorption research showed that the bigger specific surface and polar macroporous resins could adsorb more glycerine. The results showed that the adsorption for glycerine on macroporous resins proved to be an physical exothermic process , and the adsorption ability of resins enhance with the decrease of temperature.
