Sci .2009 ,37( 12) :5449 - 5450 ,5467 责任编辑 李占东 责任校对 傅真治 水杨酸处理对铅胁迫下花椰菜生长特性及生理生化指标的影响 邢继岩 ( 松原职业技术学院, 吉林松原138005) 摘要 [ 目的] 探讨水杨酸( SA) 处理对铅胁迫下花椰菜生长特性及生理生化指标的影响, 为植物生物修 复技术提供参考 。[ 方法] 以浓度 为0 、0 .0 1 、0 .10 、0 .50 、1.00 、1.50 和2 .00 mmol/ L Pb2 + 胁迫下的花椰菜品种 “JR00X”为材料, 采 用0 .05 mmol/ L SA 与未施SA 进行处理, 研 究 SA 处理对铅胁迫下花椰菜生长特性及生理生化指标的影响。[ 结果] 花椰菜种子在铅胁迫期 间, 发芽率、发芽指数、根长、单株鲜重和 活 力指数均随 Pb2 + 浓度增加 而降低; 当Pb2 + 浓度较低时, 与未施SA 相 比,SA 与铅 同时处理种子萌发率升 高, 当铅浓度过高( 1.5 mmol/ L 以 上) 时,SA 处理效果不明显, 幼苗生长严重受抑制; 与未施SA 相 比,SA 与铅 同时处理 MDA 和可溶性糖含量 明显降低, 且随着Pb2 + 离子浓 度的升高 MDA 和可溶性糖含量升高缓慢。[ 结论] SA 处理在一定程度上缓解 了铅胁迫对花椰菜幼苗的毒 害作用。 关键词 花椰菜;SA 处理; 铅胁迫; 生长特性; 生理生化指标 中图分类号 S635 .3 文献标识码 A 文章编号 0517 - 6611( 2009) 12 - 05449 - 02 Effect of SA on Growth Characteristics and Physiological and Biochemical Indices of Cauliflower under Pb Stress XI NG Ji-yan ( Songyuan Technical College ,Songyuan ,Jilin 138005) Abstract [ Obj ective] The ai mwas to study effect of SA on growth characteristics and physiological and bioche mical indices of cauliflower under Pb2 + stress ,and provide reference for plant biological repair technology . [ Result] The study showed that germination rate ,germination index ,root length ,single plant fresh weight and vigor index de- creased along with the i ncrement of Pb2 + concentration .
