宁波民营企业员工培训的现状及对策研究
摘 要
随着全球一体化和市场经济的发展,我国企业越来越注重人力资源的管理工作。企业员工的培训,作为人力资源管理工作的重要组成部分,既是员工增加知识、创新技术、增长技能的重要渠道,同时也是员工提高对企业的认知,更好地融入企业的最佳捷径。因此,做好企业员工的培训工作是现代企业能够持续发展,在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地的重要保障。
宁波民营企业在改革开放后发展迅速,规模不断扩大,经济效益也不断增加。但伴随着越来越多民营企业的崛起,也暴露出许多问题,其中企业员工培训是一个较为突出的问题,因此,研究宁波当前企业职工培训现状,为政府寻求解决企业培训有效的途径,成为推动企业乃至整个宁波经济发展的重要研究工作。本研究以宁波方太企业为例,对宁波民营企业员工培训进行了研究,研究发现目前宁波民营企业已经开始认识到员工培训的重要性,但在快速的发展的过程中仍存在着一些问题:如培训工作重视不够、缺乏科学的培训评估体系、企业员工培训经费不到位、缺乏相应的激励机制、培训机构发展滞后。针对目前民营企业员工培训中存在的问题,本研究认为民营企业只有树立正确的培训观念、加强员工企业文化的培训、建立不同层次人员的培训体系、改善培训方法及创新培训内容、对培训效果进行有效的评估等,才能获得长足的发展。

Abstract
With global integration and the development of market economy,more and more enterprises pay attention to the human resource management in our country。Enterprise staff training, as an important part of human resources。not only employees increase knowledge, innovate technology, improve skills, but also the important channel for enterprise employees improve cognitive, updates and unified concept, better in enterprises best shortcut. Therefore, Making a better good enterprise training is an important safeguard for modern enterprise to develop persistently and stand still in an invincible position in the fierce market competition.
Ningbo private enterprises developed rapidly after the reform, scale expands unceasingly, the economic benefit is increasing. But with more and more private enterprises rise, many problems were also exposed. enterprise employee training is a relatively prominent problem. mainly displays in: the private enterprise management does not take seriously、training organization is not sound、government guidance still need to continue to strengthen and so on.
