心理健康教育对2型糖尿病患者生存质量影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨心理健康教育对2型糖尿病住院患者生存质量的影响。方法：采用病例对照研究，将于2007年6月到10月期间在山西省人民医院住院的2型糖尿病患者随机分为干预组和对照组，在院内常规治疗下，对干预组进行团体训练形式的心理健康教育后测查干预前后症状自评量表(SCL-90)的差异。结果：干预组在治疗前后SCL-90总分、抑郁、焦虑、敌对维度评分降低明显，且差异有统计学显著性(P0.05)；阳性均分从2.58±0.41下降至2.40±0.31，差异有统计学显著性(P0.05)。对照组一些维度呈反向变化。结论：住院期间的心理健康教育可以改善2型糖尿病患者的生存质量，利于患者院内适应，对改善治疗有积极的意义。 　　【关键词】 心理健康教育；2型糖尿病；生存质量；SCL-90 　　 　　Study of mental health educating in hospital effecting on type 2 diabetes mellitus patiences quality of life 　　WEIShaojun GUOWeiwei LIANG Zhiqun LIUJie YANDanfeng 　　【Abstract】 Objective: To discuss the role of mental health education on the improvement of the quality of life for type 2 diabetes patients in hospital. Methods: The patients were randomized to education group or control group. The control group was trained with conventional therapies. The educational group received in addition to mental health therapies, taking the form of group and individual treatment. The scale of Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) was measured. Results: After the therapies the education groups SCL-90 total scores, and the scores in depression, anxiety, hostility dimensions decline significantly (P0.05). The positive symptom share is dropped from 2.58±0.41 to 2.40±0.31(P0.05). The scores of some dimensions in the control group have changed in a backward way.
