摘 要 ???????当前，学前教育已成为义务教育的进一步扩展。人们对于学前教育高度重视，并发布《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》，提出要把农村学前教育作为重点发展对象。通过提高农村学前教育普及率来促进教育事业发展。国务院还提出把发展农村学前教育作为社会主义新农村建设的重要内容。中国作为一个农业大国，农村人口约8.5亿因此，民族地区农村义务教育在整个国民教育体系中占有举足轻重的地位,民族地区乡村小学学前教育却间接影响甚至关系到整个国民教育的发展本文对攀枝花市仁和区农村民族乡镇学前教育发展状况进行了调研本民族地区农村学前教育存在的问题和原因，并在此基础上探索出有关问题的解决对策和建议，来深化少数民族农村地 区人们对学前教育的认识，让更多的人了解学前教育，从而引起社会各界的关注，致力于探索出适合本民族地区农村民族乡镇学前教育发展的道路。? 本文章是基于攀枝花市仁和区的农村民族乡镇学前教育的发展现状，运用文献、比较研究、问卷调查和访谈等方式，对本地区农村民族乡镇学前教育存在的文化冲突、师资力量薄弱、落后的教育观念、政府管理缺位、设备简陋等问题以及原因进行分析，并尝试提出解决问题的对策和建议，包括加强幼儿教师队伍建设、加大资金的投入、强化教学管理、 提高家长的思想观念、突出民族教育特色、利用当地的资源优势等，以促进攀枝花市仁和区农村民族乡镇学前教育的健康稳定发展。 关键词：农村民族乡镇 学前教育 发展 对策研究 Abstract 目前，学前教育作为义务教育的进一步延伸，人们对学前教育有了高度的重视。而我国是一个农业大国，农村人口占总人口的大部分，居住在农村的少数民族人口又占民族总人口的大部分，然而在学前教育发展上并不均衡，城乡差异十分明显。因此发展我国民族地区农村学前教育至关重要。本文通过对攀枝花市仁和区农村民族乡镇学前教育的发展状况进行研究。反映市农村民族乡镇学前教育存在的问题以及原因，并在此基础上探索相关问题解决的对策和建议，深化人们对民族地区农村学前教育的认识，让更多人了解当地学前教育，从而社会的关注与支持，把学前教育纳入城镇、社会主义新农村建设规划,重点发展农村学前教育,大力发展适合并促进民族地区农村学前教育发展的道路。 At present, the preschool education as a further extension of the compulsory education, there is a high degree of attention to preschool education with people, also issued a document national medium and long-term educational reform and development plan, put forward the rural preschool education as a key development object, and promote the development of rural preschool education popularization rate.
