摘要
“十二五”开局之年,中央政府提出了“稳增长、控通胀与调结构”的经济目标,本文围绕该经济目标的货币政策与房地产市场这两个当前最热点的民生话题展开探讨。首先对我国房地产市场现状、“稳增长、控通胀与调结构”的货币政策进行阐述;其次分析了经济目标和房地产宏观调控的相互关系,并对现阶段房地产市场货币政策调控措施等现状进行阐述;再次采用规范分析与实证分析相结合的研究方法,从供给、需求、房价三方面深入探讨该经济目标的货币政策对我国房地产市场的作用效果;最后,针对现阶段房地产市场货币政策调控中存在的问题提出了修正建议。这个文章的探讨对于现阶段的房地产市场货币政策调控以及整个经济目标的实现将有着理论和现实意义。

Abstract
In the first year of the National Twelfth Five-Year Plan,the central government proposes steady growth, inflation and control the structure economic targets.This article focus on the economic target monetary policy and the real estate market,and make a discuss between the most hot topics of people.First,the article elaborated the situation of Chinas real estate market and the monetary policy of steady growth, inflation and control the structure;next,analyzed the mutual relationship between the economic goals and the macroeconomic control of real estate,and elaborated the monetary policy measures about the real estate market in the current situation;once more,with the method of standard analysis and empirical analysis,make a deep study into the effect on the economic target monetary policy of Chinas real estate market from three aspects of the supply, demand and house prices;finally,according to the problems of the real estate market monetary policy ,author explored some policy suggestions.This article will have some theoretical and practical significances for the current real estate markets monetary policies and the achievement of the entire economy goals.
