Neuroses A group of mental disorders with certain factors: 1.? Without any demonstrable organic basis 2.? Usually onset after psychosocial factors 3.? Symptoms are disproportional to the patient’s actual situation 4.??The patient has insight of the illness but feels affliction and no significance 5.?? Last for a long time Anxiety 1. Panic disorder: a.No obvious predisposing cause, unpredictable, not restricted to particular situations or objects. b.Severe phobia and experience of depersonalization,derealization,fear of dying,loss of control. c.Obvious autonomic symptoms. d.At least 3 panic attack within 1 month. Anxiety 2.Generalized anxiety disorder: a.Frequent and continuous phobia and anxiety without clear objects and stable content, b.Autonomic symptoms or motor intranquility, c.At lease 6 months.
