Abstract
Commercial circle theoretical analysis is very important for specialty store location,although scholars have long proposed the classic commercial model theories, due to the lack of effective support of technical tools,or the difficulty to obtain these theoretical data by test and application,these theories and data are not easy to apply in
practice and only converge on these theoretical exploration. There are two steps to the success of the specialty store location: firstly,you should choose macroscopical urban circle,finally,you should be sure of the microscopic location.
Select the macro urban district. Future development potential values mainly depends on the dynamic mechanism to promote commercial circle development. This
paper puts forward the five forces elements , namely economy , policy , business
environment,cultural soft power, HYPERLINK /s?wd=purchasing%20power purchasing power based on the theory of dynamic mechanism. In order to verify the qualitative study with quantitative search,scientific
and rational use of Analytic Hierarchy Process are chosen to construct the hierarchical structure and HYPERLINK /s?wd=confirm confirm the factor weight , and finally fuzzy comprehensive evaluation
method is used to choose the optimum macro-circle.
Determine the specific location. With the development of GIS , spatial data , population data and geographic data and other related business location information are
accurate and available,which make the complex geography theory and method can be
conveniently applied to commercial location analysis. Based on the GIS analysis of space function,firstly,buffer and classify the basic information data,and then process the data for overlay analysis to get alternatives. In the final analysis options,get the best
store location combining
