中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折35例[摘要] 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折的方法及临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析本院2008年6月~2009年6月收治的35例胫骨平台骨折患者的临床资料，该组患者中5例采用非手术治疗加口服中药治疗、针灸治疗，30例采用手术治疗，术后服用中药+针灸治疗，总结该组患者的临床疗效。结果：该组患者均获得随访6～48个月，患者预后良好，无严重并发症发生，总优良率为88.6%(31/35)，膝关节功能评分明显高于术前，P0.05。结论:中西医结合治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效较好，准确的判断骨折的部位，选择恰当的治疗措施，掌握手术适应证，及手术时机的选择，对于骨折的治疗有重要意义。 [关键词] 胫骨平台；骨折；中西医结合 [中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码]B [文章编号]1674-4721（2010）11（a）-094-02 Integrative Medicine treated 35 cases of tibial plateau fracture KE Qing (Chinese Medicine Hospital of Haifeng County,Guangdong Province, Haifeng 516400,China) [Abstract] Objective:Integrated treatment of tibial plateau fracture and clinical effect. Conclusion:Integrated Treatment of tibial plateau fractures better，Accurately determine the site of fracture，Select appropriate treatment measures，To master surgical indications，The choice of surgical opportunities，For the treatment of fractures is important。 [Key words] Tibial plateau；Fracture；Integrative medicine 胫骨平台骨折是一种比较常见的关节内复杂骨折，占身体总骨折的1%，常由于高能量创伤引起[1]，往往造成胫骨平台关节面的粉碎、塌陷，甚至累及干骺端和胫骨干。骨折后产生特殊的生物力学特点，临床常见并发症为膝关节疼痛、创伤性关节炎，关节僵硬、关节不稳定等，若治疗不当将产生创伤性关节炎、关节不稳以及关节功能障碍，并且随着交通事故的逐年增多，此类骨折呈快速上升趋势。在某些特定的骨折类型中，很难选择最佳的手术方法，使其成为临床治疗中的一大难题。本院2008年6月~2009年6月收治的胫骨平台骨折患者35例，采用中西医结合治疗取得了良好的临床疗效，现报道如下： 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 该组患者35例，均为本院收治的胫骨平台骨折患者，其中，男18例，女17例，年龄22～73岁，平均42.5岁。骨折原因：交通事故伤22例，高空坠落伤10例，重物砸伤3例。27例闭合性骨折，8例开放性骨折；合并
