中西医结合治疗老年顽固性期前收缩疗效研究[摘要] 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗老年顽固性期前收缩的疗效与安全性。方法：临床确诊为心律失常室性期前收缩40例患者按照随机排列表随机编入平分为两组，每组20例，治疗组采用中西药结合治疗，中药采用炙甘草汤口服，西药采用慢心律片口服，对照组单独使用慢心律片治疗。结果：经过治疗后，治疗组总有效率为95.0%(19/20)，对照组总有效率为75.0%（15/20），经统计学分析，P0.05）。结论：中西药结合治疗对顽固性期前收缩可改善心功能，降低心脏的前后负荷，有效率高，安全性好，值得推广应用。 [关键词] 中西医结合治疗；老年顽固性期前收缩；炙甘草汤；慢心律片 [中图分类号] R541.7 [文献标识码]B [文章编号]1674-4721（2011）07（a）-109-02 Efficacy analysis on traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of senile intractable premature beat CHEN Xingyan, YUAN Zhixian, HUANG Zhengyou Department of Internal Medicine, Dongguan City Daojiao Hospital, Guangdong Province, Dongguan 523176, China [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the combination therapy in Western medicine premature senile efficacy and safety. [Key words] Traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy; Senile intractable premature beat; Zhigancao soup; Slow rhythm piece 顽固性期前收缩是多种心血管疾病中最常见的症状之一，在一定条件下，可演变为室速、室颤等致命性心律失常，预后比较差。西药的抗心律失常药物虽然疗效肯定，但同时又存在疗效不高与心律失常等不良反应。临床观察发现，单一药物治疗冠心病室早疗效欠佳时，采用中西药结合治疗方法常能收到不错的效果。本文就中药汤联合西药慢心律对顽固性期前收缩心律失常患者的疗效进行研究，以观察其有效性与安全性，现报道如下： 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 本文共观察患者40例，均为本院2008年2月~2011年1月收治的内科门诊患者，所有患者经临床确诊均为心律失常室性期前收缩，中医辨病为心悸，辨证为气阴两虚。排除标准：不属于纳入标准的其他类型心律失常；有明显感染者，难控制的高血压，重度心力衰竭，心功能属Ⅲ级以上者；近期参加其他临床试验的患者。其中，男性19例，女性21例，年龄最小60岁，最大75岁，治疗组的平均年龄为（66.5±7.5）岁，其中冠心病
