摘 要
在我国经济发展的推动下,房地产业得到了空前的发展,规模逐年增长。在房地产 业发展的同时,人们对住房安全也有了更高的要求。但是随着近年来地震和楼宇火灾的 频发,以及一些“豆腐渣”工程的不断增加,高层楼宇的健康状况引起了人们的担忧。 然而造成楼宇健康问题很重要的原因是没有一个完善的楼宇健康监测系统。因此设计一 个能为高层楼宇及时提供维护依据的楼宇健康监测系统可以大大减少国家建筑损失,保 障人民生命安全,此设计利国利民,势在必行。
众所周知,当今社会物联网技术发展迅猛,它在楼宇中的应用已成为热门话题。随 着人们对生活质量追求的日益增长,一个健康安全的住所已成为人们的必需,基于物联 网技术的楼宇健康监测系统也就成为了高层楼宇安全的有效保障。
本文以中交·滨江国际二期 17 号楼为研究对象,对基于物联网技术的楼宇健康监 测系统进行了研究和设计。主要内容包括以下几个方面:
(1)利用多传感器进行实时监测。从楼宇应力性、倾斜度、温湿度、烟雾浓度四 个方面对传感器进行选型和布设,利用多传感器对楼宇的健康数据进行实时采集。
(2)把 ZigBee 无线传输技术应用到建筑行业。通过 ZigBee 的选型和数据发送端、 接收端的研究设计,利用 ZigBee 技术把多传感器采集到的数据无线传输到系统终端, ZigBee 在楼宇健康监测中的运用,推动了工业自动化和建筑业的“友好合作”,也推动 了智能建筑的发展。
(3)利用 LabVIEW 软件处理楼宇监测数据。把无线传输来的监测数据用 LabVIEW
软件进行处理,实现模糊控制算法,通过数据处理结果鉴定楼宇的健康状况。 本系统运用先进的物联网技术,以低廉的成本,准确的完成了楼宇的健康监测,为
楼宇的维护提供了依据,对保障楼宇安全和居民生命安全具有重要意义。

Abstract
Under the impetus of the economic development in our country, the real estate industry also got unprecedented development, the scale is increased year by year. In the development of the real estate industry at the same time, people have higher demands for housing security. But as the frequent earthquakes in recent years and building a fire, and the increasing number of some tofu project, high-rise building health aroused peoples concern. The cause of building a health problem is very important is, however, is not a perfect building health monitoring system. So can design a building in a timely manner to provide top maintenance building health monitoring system based on can greatly reducing the loss of national construction, to ensure the safety of peoples life, this design reasonably, it is imperative to do.
