摘要:
偶联法乙丙橡胶苯乙烯接枝共聚物是一种新型的高分子材料,具有优异的力学性能和热稳定性能,广泛应用于工业、建筑、汽车等领域。本研究采用偶联反应将丙烯酸接枝到橡胶颗粒表面,再与苯乙烯进行共聚,制备了一系列偶联法乙丙橡胶苯乙烯接枝共聚物。通过核磁共振、红外光谱、热重分析等手段对产物进行表征,并研究了不同反应条件(如反应物浓度、反应时间等)对产物性能的影响。结果表明,在最优反应条件下,所制备的偶联法乙丙橡胶苯乙烯接枝共聚物具有较高的交联密度和良好的力学性能,可望成为一种具有应用潜力的高分子材料。

Abstract:
Coupling reaction ethylene-propylene rubber styrene-grafted copolymers is a new type of polymer material that has excellent mechanical and thermal stability properties and is widely used in industrial, construction, automotive and other fields. In this study, the coupling reactions were used to graft acrylic acid onto the surface of rubber particles, and then copolymerized with styrene to prepare a series of coupling reaction EPDM-styrene-grafted copolymers. The products were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance, infrared spectroscopy, and thermal analysis, and the effects of different reaction conditions on the product properties (such as reactant concentration and reaction time) were studied. The results showed that under the optimal reaction conditions, the coupling reaction ethylene-propylene rubber styrene-grafted copolymer had a high crosslinking density and good mechanical properties, which is expected to become a polymer material with application potential.
