原子荧光法测定牡蛎壳中微量汞 摘要:应用原子荧光光谱法对牡蛎壳中的汞含量进行测定。研究了硼氢化钾浓度、灯电流、原子化器高度、光电管负高压的选择、载气流量等因素对测定结果的影响。利用标准曲线法对牡蛎壳样品中的汞含量进行定量。工作曲线在1.0-5.0 μg/L的范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9855,相对标准偏差为1.57 % ( n =11),检出限为0.026 μg/L,加标回收率为96-106%,样品测定结果为0.21μg/g。 关键词:汞;牡蛎壳;原子荧光光谱法 Determination of Mercury in Oyster Shell by Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry Li Wenjun (School of Chemistry and Materials Science, Ludong University, Yantai Abstract:The atomic fluorescence spectrometry was used in this experiment which aims to detect the trace mercury in oyster shell. The experimental conditions and instrumental operation parameters such as KBH4 concentration, currents of lamp and height of atomic oven, the choice of photoelectric cell negative voltage, argon velocity was optimized respectively. Under the optimum conditions, there was a good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and mercury concentration between the range of 1.0-5.0μg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9855, while the RSD was 1.57% ( n =11) and the detection limit was 0.026μg/L. The recovery was between 96-106%.The contents of mercury were 0.21μg/g.
