高校学生党员培养教育管理机制科学化水平研究 　　摘 要 本文以华南农业大学资源环境学院学生党员“设岗定责”工作为研究对象，先对党建科学化的概念进行界定以及目前高校学生党建工作的特殊性和重要性进行论述，在此基础上从理论推广平台建设、制度建设、科学方法三方面对高校大学生党员培养现状进行探索，以团校、党校、党支部为宣传平台，在该平台上运用马克思主义中国化的最新理论成果武装大学生党员思想；引入大学生党员“设岗定责”管理制度，建立学生党员量化考核机制，引入PDCA对“设岗定责”党支部进行绩效考核，以科学的制度保障党的建设；以科学的方法推进高校学生党建管理工作。在提升高校学生党员培养教育管理机制科学化水平的道路上，不断取得成效。 　　关键词 学生党员 党建 科学化 　　中图分类号：G41 文献标识码：A DOI：10.16400/ki.kjdks.2016.10.039 　　Abstract In this paper， College of resources and environment， South China Agricultural University student party posts will be responsible for work as the research object， the definition and the current university student party building work and discusses the particularity and importance of Party building scientific concept， to explore the status quo of College Students Party members training in three aspects on the basis of the theory of marketing platform construction， system construction and the scientific method， to a group， party， Party branch as a propaganda platform， using Marxs Chinese of the latest theoretical achievements of armed party members of college students thinking in the platform； introduce student party members post will be responsible for the management system， establish evaluation mechanism of student party members to quantify the introduction of PDCA to evaluate the performance of post will be responsible for the Party branch， in order to guarantee the scientific party construction； promote the construction management work of college students with scientific methods.
