盐度胁迫对花鲈幼鱼肠道抗氧化和非特异性免疫能力的影响
摘要 试验比较不同盐度处理对花鲈幼鱼抗氧化酶和非特异性免疫酶的影响。设置5‰、15‰、20‰、25‰ 4个盐度处理组,10‰对照组。分别在试验开始(即盐度胁迫开始)的第1天、第11天和第21天采集肠道为试验样品,并进行超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶、酸性磷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶活力和丙二醛含量的测定。结果表明:在高盐度和低盐度的胁迫下,花鲈幼鱼肠道各测定指标都表现出了显著的变化。超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶变化趋势表现出一致性,在5‰、15‰、20‰、25‰盐度中活力都显著升高(P0.05),并随着时间推移而逐渐降低,在21 d时25‰处理组测得活力最低值。在急性盐度胁迫下,酸性磷酸酶活力有降低的趋势,并且在低盐度(5‰)急性胁迫下活力显著降低(P0.05);而随着时间,活力又有所回升,到21 d时恢复正常水平。21 d时,25‰盐度组酸性磷酸酶活力最高,显著高于其他组(P0.05)。碱性磷酸酶在盐度胁迫下活力也受到抑制,在第1天25‰处理组测得活力最低值,随着时间,各处理组活力得到恢复,25‰处理组在21 d时活力达到最高值。在急性盐度胁迫下,丙二醛含量显著升高(P0.05),而后,在21 d恢复正常水平。结果表明,盐度胁迫对花鲈肠道抗氧化酶和非特异性免疫酶活力都有显著影响。

Effects of Salinity Stress on Antioxidant Enzyme and Non-specific Immunity Activities in the Intestine of Juvenile Lateolabrax maculatus

Abstract The effects of salinity on the non-specific immunity and the antioxidant enzyme activities in juvenile Lateolabrax maculatus were investigated in this research. The salinity of aquaculture water were maintained at 5‰,15‰,20‰ and 25‰ in four experimental groups,and group of 10‰ was used as control. We collected intestine as samples on day 1,11 and 21 during the experiment,and determined the changes of superoxid dismutase(SOD),catalase(CAT),acid phosphatase(ACP),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),and malondialdehyde(MDA). The results revealed that the activities had significant changes in high and low salinity water. Changes of SOD and CAT were corresponding,and activities of SOD and CAT increased obviously(P0.05)before a decline. The activity of ACP showed a downward trend,and the the trend was significant in 5‰ water(P0.05)during the acute salinity stress. The activity of AKP was inhibited during acute salinity stress,and reached the minimum in 25‰ at the first day. The activity of AKP increased to the nomal value,and reached the maximum
