本钢6号高炉长期休风复风操作实践

摘要:为了年休定检,本钢6号2850m3高炉进行了50h的休复风操作。休风前进行了加净焦、轻负荷,降低配料碱度并适当提高炉温等准备工作,确保炉况稳定顺行,炉缸工作状态活跃。休风后按计划有序进行检修,确保在规定时间内安全完成检修工作。复风后,采用堵部分风口操作,通过合理控制风量、风温、喷煤、富氧及出铁等关键环节,实现了复风后快速恢复。

Abstract: blowing-down and reblowing for 50 hours was carried out on No.6 2850m3 Blast Furnace in BX STEEL. Adopting clean coke, light burden, reducing mixture basicity and raising silicon content in molten iron, properly were made for ensuring regular furnace conditions and hearth work well. After blowing-down, Repair work was completed as orderly. Reblowing operation adopted by blocking few tuyeres. Through controlling the weight of blast, blast temperature, pulverized coal injection and tapping and so on, Fast recovery of the BF normal condition was achieved after reblowing

1.2提高炉温、降低配料碱度
休风前适当提高炉温、降低配料碱度,可以确保渣铁有充足的物理热及良好流动性。应提前4个冶炼周期降低核算炉渣碱度。此次休风前末次铁炉温0.65﹪,基本合适。但铁中硫含量0.022﹪,说明碱度偏高,因此下次休风核算炉渣碱度还可进一步降低。
2炉前生产组织及压料操作2.1炉前生产组织:1)加强炉内、炉外配合,控制好出铁时间,休风前末次铁必须炉内渣铁放净,必要时两个铁口同时出铁。285t,焦碳19.27t,布料矩阵视料面情况手动设定。
