微量营养素在儿童保健及疾病预防中作用探究   [摘要] 目的 探究微量营养素在儿童保健和疾病预防中的作用。方法 将该社区服务中心辖区内1所幼儿园中的200名儿童随机分成2组作为研究对象(选取时间为2015年1―7月期间),100名/组。对照组儿童正常饮食,观察组补充微量营养素。对比2组儿童的血清25(OH)2-D3水平、血清视黄醇浓度、维生素B1排出量、维生素B2排出量、维生素C排出量、认知能力、IQ指数、膝高增长值、患病率以及身体指标合格率。结果 观察组儿童干预后的血清25(OH)2-D3水平(23.23±8.41)ng/mL、维生素B2排出量(958.34±412.06)μg、维生素C排出量(3.52±2.06)μg、认知能力、IQ指数(110.29±11.26)、膝高增长值(3.49±1.58)mm、患病率(42.00%)以及身体指标合格率(90.00%)均比对照组更具优势(P0.05)。结论 微量营养素在儿童保健和疾病预防中的作用较大 [关键词] 微量营养素;儿童;保健 [中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742(2017)02(a)-0006-03 [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of micronutrient in the child healthcare and disease prevention. Methods 200 cases of children in a kindergarten from January 2015 to July 2015 were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each, the control group were with normal diet, while the observation group supplemented the micronutrient, and the serum 25(OH)2-D3 level, serum retinol concentration, vitamin B1 discharge capacity, vitamin B2 discharge capacity, vitamin C discharge capacity, cognitive ability, IQ index, knee height increase value, morbidity rate and qualified rate of physical index of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the serum 25(OH)2-D3 level, serum retinol concentration, vitamin B1 discharge capacity, vitamin B2 discharge capacity, vitamin C discharge capacity, cognitive ability, IQ index, knee height increase value, morbidity rate and qualified rate of physical index were respectively(23.23±8.41)ng/mL, (958.34±412.06)μg, (3.52±2.06)μg, (110.29±11.26), (3.49±1.58)mm, 42.00% and 90.00% in the observation group, which were better than those in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of micronutrient in the child healthcare and disease prevention is bigger.
