齐齐哈尔大学毕业设计(论文) PAGE l 齐 齐 哈 尔 大 学 毕业设计(论文) 题 目 木聚糖酶在亚麻脱胶中的作用研究 学 院 食品与生物工程学院 专业班级 生物工程091班 学生姓名 指导老师 成 绩 2013年 5月20日 齐齐哈尔大学毕业设计(论文) PAGE I 摘 要 亚麻是重要的纤维和油料作物,亚麻纤维织品具有吸湿性好、透气性强、挺括而深受人们的喜爱。脱胶倍受入们关注,主要是由于它是制取亚麻纤维的必须步骤。为提高亚麻脱胶的效率,消除亚麻脱胶引起的环境污染,国内外对亚麻的酶法脱胶的研究逐渐深入。木聚糖是植物细胞壁的主要成分之一, 也是半纤维素的主要成分。通常情况下, 木聚糖以异质多糖形式存在并与纤维素结合在一起,而木聚糖酶是木聚糖的专一降解酶,对降解自然界大量存在的半纤维素起着重要作用。本实验通过在亚麻脱胶过程中添加木聚糖酶,探究其在亚麻脱胶过程中是否起作用。实验证明,木聚糖酶单独存在情况下,作用效果不明显;在混合酶存在时,木聚糖对脱胶有一定的促进作用。 关键词:酶法亚麻脱胶;木聚糖酶;多聚半乳糖醛酸酶;果胶裂解酶 Abstract Linen is important fiber and oil crops, flax fiber fabric has good moisture absorption, breathable, crisp and very popular. Unglued much into their concern, mainly because it is prepared to take the necessary steps flax fibers. In order to improve the efficiency of flax degumming, eliminate environmental pollution caused flax degumming, at home and abroad for enzymatic degumming of flax gradually deepening. Xylan is a major component of plant cell walls, is the main component of hemicellulose. Typically, xylan in the form of heterogeneous polysaccharide combined with the cellulose, and xylanase are xylan degrading enzyme specificity, there are a lot of natural degradation of hemicellulose plays an important role. This experiment in flax retting process xylanase, explore its flax retting process is working. Experimental results show that the presence of xylanase alone, the effect is not obvious; enzyme in the presence of mixing, xylan to have a role in promoting degumming.
