摘 要
随着生产力的迅速发展和现代化程度的日益提高,能源的消耗也急剧增加,导致全球的能源危机和能源价格上涨,使得节能成为当今世界面临的重大技术课题之一。
液体粘性传动(HVD)是一种利用摩擦副之间的油膜剪切力来传递动力的新型传动形式,在大功率风机、水泵调速节能方面有着广泛的应用前景。液体粘性调速离合器安装在电机和工作机之间,可对工作机进行无极调速。液体粘性调速离合器在其发展过程的同时也在不断的进行改进和更新,因此,需要对其结构、部件和控制系统等各方面进行理论与试验研究,以进一步改进其性能。
在综合与分析了当前国内外液体粘性传动技术的发展与研究背景,及其应用于大、中功率风机和水泵调速的节能优势与广阔的应用前景的基础上,提出了本课题的研究内容。通过研究液体粘性传动技术的工作原理,对液体粘性传动装置主机部分进行设计。本论文论述了液体粘性传动装置主机各个零部件的选择和设计过程,最后组装成一液体粘性传动装置,并使用AutoCAD绘制出总装图及各零部件图。为今后设计液体粘性传动装置给以设计参考,同时对今后的发展方向进行了展望。

ABSTRACT
As the result of the rapidly improving productivity and increasing modernization,energy consumption has been dramatically increasing in the past a few decades,which has led to the steady rise in energy price and a worldwide energy crisis.Nowadays,energy saving has become one of the major areas of research.
Hydroviscous drive(HVD)is a new type of power transmission mechanism,which utilizes the shear of oil film between two sets of discs for power transmission.The hydro-viscous drive clutch is installed between the electromotor and the load machine for the stepless speed regulating.The development of hydro-viscous drive is accompany with the improvement and updating.In order to improve the performance of the equipment,we should study the structure,the parts and the control system of the hydro-viscous drive clutch.
In the synthesis and analysis of the current speed at home and abroad viscous clutch technology development and research background, and its application to large, medium-power fan and pump energy-saving advantages of speed and broad application prospects on the basis of the issues raised study.
