紫外差示分光光度法同时测定含苯系物废水中苯胺和苯酚

摘要:苯胺、苯酚在不同酸度的水溶液中具有不同的结构和紫外吸收光谱。以苯胺水溶液为测定液,以等浓度的苯胺酸溶液为参比液;以苯酚碱溶液为测定液,以等浓度的苯酚水溶液为参比液,分别测定其吸光度。结果表明:在280nm处,当苯胺浓度为1-100mg/L时;在287nm处,当苯酚浓度为1-30mg/L时,苯胺、苯酚的吸光度与浓度之间存在良好的线性关系,据此建立了紫外差示分光光度法。用此法不需分离直接测定了含苯系物废水中的苯胺和苯酚,方法简便,回收率分别高于94.6%和96.7%。

Simultaneous determination of the phenylamine and phenol in waste water by differential ultraviolet spectrophotometry

Abstract: Phenylamine and phenol have different ultraviolet absorbance spectrum characteristics in their aqueous solutions with different PH value. The ultraviolet differential spectrum of phenylamine had been determined by using its aqueous and acid solution with same concentration as test and reference samples, respectively. The experimental results showed that the differential absorbance at 280nm has good linear relationship with the concentration of phenylamine in the range of 1.0 to 100mg/L. For phenol using its alkaline and aqueous solution with same concentration as test and reference samples, respectively, good linear relationship exists at 287nm and 1.0 to 30mg/L. The ultraviolet differential spectrum analysis method of phenylamine and phenol had hereby been developed. Then it was used to the determine the concentration of trace phenylamine and phenol in waste water containing benzene hydrocarbons with the recovery rates higher than 94.6% and 96.7%, respectively.

苯胺及其衍生物毒性大,有明显的致癌作用,是水体污染的一项重要指标。酚类物质是第二大类环境污染物,在众多的酚类污染物中,最重要的是苯酚。工业废水中常同时含有苯胺和苯酚,这两种污染物各自测定的方法多有报道[1-3],二者同时测定有荧光光度法[4],导数紫外分光光度法[5]。
本文根据苯胺、苯酚在不同酸度的水溶液中具有不同的结构和紫外吸收光谱。建立了紫外差示分光光度法,直接测定含苯系物废水中微量苯胺及苯酚,并在选定的测定条件下,对29种常见的无机离子和10种苯系物对苯胺、苯酚的测定干扰情况进行了实验,结果表明:此法可有效消除水样中常见的无机离子及苯系物的干扰,回收率高,且简化了分析过程,
