基于简单遗传算法的分类系统 摘 要 遗传算法是一种模拟生物进化过程的自适应全局优化算法，是解决现代非线性优化问题的一种重要方法。作为一种全局优化算法，遗传算法很适合于数据挖掘工作。数据挖掘就是从大量的数据中提取或者“挖掘”知识，从而实现对数据资源的有效利用，为决策者提供决策参考。分类是数据挖掘中一种重要的挖掘算法,它可用于抽取能够描述重要数据集合或预测未来数据趋势的模型。 本文在学习数据挖掘和遗传算法的基础上，重点研究了遗传算法在数据挖掘中的应用，并结合实例寿险促销实现了遗传算法的有指导分类，同时对遗传算法的无指导分类如何实现进行了介绍，最后总结了遗传算法在数据挖掘中的应用，以及系统的缺陷。 关键词： ABSTRACT Genetic Algorithm is a adaptive global optimization algorithm, which simulates biological evolution. Besides, it is also an important method that solves nonlinear optimization problems. As a global optimization algorithm, Genetic Algorithm is strongly recommended to apply to Data Mining. Data Mining means that extracting or “mining” knowledge from large quantities of data, so data resource can be took advantage of and decision makers can be provided decision references. Classification is a kind of important Mining Algorithm in Data Mining, which can apply to the model that extracts important data sets or predicts future data trend. Based on the study of Data Mining and Genetic Algorithm, Genetic Algorithm in Data Mining is discussed in detail in this paper. Besides, it discusses guided classification in Genetic Algorithm that is related to example Life Insurance Promotion. Meanwhile, it introduces how to implement unguided classification in Genetic Algorithm in brief. Finally, it summarizes Genetic Algorithm Application in Data Mining and this system’s disadvantages and defects.
