Ab stract: The different dete tion onditions based on HL60 bewt eenMTT and CCK8w ere studied. The best test tmi e
is 4 h, the best testw avelength is 490 nm for CCK8. The linearity of CCK8 bewt een OD and ell v iability w as better
than those ofMTT. CCK8 was a k ind of ell viab ility assay reagen tw ith a h igher sensitivity and a better reprodu ib ility.
