同轴式反应再生系统工艺设计
摘 要
本设计以任丘减压蜡油和常压渣油的混合油为原料,对200万吨/年渣油催化裂化反再系统工艺进行了设计计算。
该混合油氢碳比高,重金属含量低,是较好的催化裂化原料。根据该油的点以及市场对汽油的需求情况,设计采用柴油加工方案。由于要求渣油催化裂化的焦碳产率低,且对再生剂含碳量要求很低,所以采用两段再生形式。采用提升管反应器和较先进的进料雾化技术、提升管出口快速分离技术以及高温短接触技术。设计进行了燃烧计算,反应系统、再生系统的热平衡计算,对再生器、提升管反应器、反应沉降器、汽提段、辅助燃烧室的机构尺寸和旋风分离器进行了设计计算,对两器的压力平衡进行计算。设计根据催化裂化的基本理论和工艺计算方法,借鉴现有工业装置的操作数据,得到的能够满足工艺要求的设计结果。

ABSTRACT
Reaction and regeneration system technology of a 200wt/a RFCC processing RenQiu pressure-relief wax and atmospheric residue feedstock has been designed and calculated in this paper.
The mixture has higher H/C ratio and lower content of heavy metals, is good feedstock for RFCC. According to characters of it and market demand, a diesel fuels scheme is adopted in design. A two state regeneration was adopted because lower coke was produced and lower content of regenerated catalyst. Riser reactor, atomization of feedstock, dry gas lifting technology, fast separation technology of riser, high temperature and short contact time technology were adopted. Coke burning calculation and thermal equilibrium calculation of reactor and regeneration system were carried. The structure size of regenerator, riser reactor, stripping stage, auxiliary combustion chamber, cyclone separator were designed and calculated. The pressure equilibrium between reactor and regenerator was calculated. According to base theory of FCC and method of technological calculation and operation data of FCC unit, design results met the FCC technology demand
