湖南铁路科技职业技术学院 毕业设计说明书 课 题： 湘潭火车站突发火灾应急预案 专 业： 铁道交通运营管理 班 级： 运营313-5班 学生姓名： 邓艳飞 指导单位： 运输管理学院 指导教师： 李冠武 湖南铁路科技职业技术学院教务处监制 摘要 铁路运输系统是现代化交通运输系统的重要组成部分，是很重要的交通运输 系统。现代化铁路客运站具有建筑规模大、内部空间大、空间相对封闭、人员密 集、疏散路线复杂等特点，其运量大、发车密度高，再加上旅客携带大量行李， 一旦发生火灾事故，将产生严重的后果。对于在车站里的人员的逃亡就是一个很 大的问题。因此，为提高车站对突发火灾的应对处理能力，防止和杜绝火灾事故 隐患苗条，减少火灾事故损失，确保铁路运输安全有序可控，本设计以湘潭火车 站为研究对象，对湘潭火车站进行实地考察，根据车站火灾事故的特点并结合湘 潭车站的建筑形式和地形特征设计了湘潭火车站的火灾应急预案。 本预案针对湘潭火车站可能突发火灾事件，制订了相应的应急预案。本预案 简单介绍了湘潭火车站的基本情况，主要内容是通过分析车站火灾的原因及类 型，以问卷调查的形式了解湘潭火车站旅客对突发火灾的应急处理情况。并结合 实际，对火灾发展过程进行分析，确定车站火灾预案设计的原则与方向，设计的 原则是 “安全第一、预防为主、统一领导、分级指挥”。通过分析确定车站员工 的职责，制定突发火灾时的紧急逃生图表，详细的设计湘潭火车站突发火灾时的 应急措施。最大限度的保障旅客的人身安全，减少人员伤亡和损失。 关键词：湘潭车站；突发火灾；应急预案 ABSTRACT Railway transportation is an important part of modern transportation system, it is very important to transportation systems. Modernization of railway passenger has the construction scale, the internal space is large, relatively closed space, crowded, complex evacuation route, its large capacity, high density, grid plus passengers to carry a lot of luggage, as soon as the fire will have serious consequences.Therefore, in order to improve the stations ability to deal with emergency fire, prevent and eliminate fire accidents slender, reduce fire accident loss, ensure the safety of railway transportation under control, this design by XIANGTAN station as the research object, according to the characteristics of the station fire accident and combined with architectural form and terrain features of XIANGTAN station of XIANGTAN stationfire emergency plan is designed.
