本科生毕业论文 论文题目：和谐社会视野下农民工与城市社会的融合 学院：公共管理学院 专业：城市管理 班级：2012级 学号：114052012039 姓名：张丹丹 指导教师：卢红飚 完成时间： 2016年4月5日 【摘要】随着我国城市化进程的不断推进，进城的农民工数量越来越多，同时他们总体上越来越倾向于在城市长期居住，并有举家迁移的意愿。然而，进城农民工在身份和权利上均与城市居民存在明显的差别，加上我国城乡二元分割结构的客观现实，农民工在城市中的社会融合成为日益突出的问题，受到了社会的广泛关注。规范农民工权益保障，并最终实现农民工融入城市社会，对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的战略意义。本文将梳理农民工社会融合的现状和存在问题、分析影响农民工社会融合的因素、提出促进农民工社会融合的对策。 【关键词】农民工 和谐社会 城市化 社会融合 [Abstract] With the development of urbanization in China, the number of migrant workers in cities is increasing. And they are generally more and more inclined to live in the city for a long time，so will the whole family do. However, there are obvious differences between migrant workers and urban residents in the status and rights.And the objective reality of Chinas urban and rural two partition structure, leads the social integration of migrant workers in the city to become an increasingly prominent problem,which has received wide attention from the society. To regulate the rights and interests of migrant workers, and finally realize the target of integrating migrant workers into urban society has an important strategic significance for the construction of a socialist harmonious society. This paper will sort out the current situation and problems of migrant workers social integration, analyze the factors that affect the social integration of migrant workers, and put forward the countermeasures to promote social integration of migrant workers. [Key words] migrant workers harmonious society urbanization social integration 研究农民工与城市的社会融合涉及到我国户籍制度改革、公共服务制度改革、社会保障制度改革等众多与民生问题息息相关的领域，有利于改变我国长期以来存在的二元社会结构，实现社会公平和平等。促进农民工与城市社会的融合，从而促进城市化质量的提升，有利于推动我国城市人口数量优势向质量优势的转型。因此，农民工的城市融合问题是一个学术界高度关注的现实问题，研究农民工的城市融合状况和存在问题，探讨影响农民工社会融合因素，提出促进农民工城市融合的对策，对于国家制定相关法律、政府部门完善相关政策，具有重要的参考意义。当前，我国涉及城市化的政策主要倾向于通过加强农民工的城市融合来提升城市化质量，主要是促进农民工顺利融入到城市社会。但是，但我国现阶段农民工群体与城市之间还存在很不融合的现象，给我们的人口社会经济的协调发展工作带来了很大的挑战并影响到我国城市化质量。 一、农民工社会融合的现状和存在问题 农民工，一个
