高效液相色谱法测定蔬菜中8种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留

摘要:建立了固相萃取- 高效液相色谱柱后衍生荧光检测蔬菜中涕灭威亚砜,涕灭威砜,灭多威,三羟基克百威,涕灭威,克
百威,甲萘威及异丙威等8种氨基甲酸脂类农药残留的分析方法。本文对测定氨基甲酸酯农药残留的分离条件,提取溶剂,洗脱溶
剂,净化材料和基质效应进行了优化试验。结果显示,8种氨基甲酸脂类农药在0.1~1.0 mg/L的浓度范围内线性良好,线性相关系数
为0.99943~0.99992 ,检出限为0.008~0.01 mg/kg之间。样品经乙腈提取,氨基小柱净化,采用基质加标,在0.1mg/kg添加水平的平
均回收率为79.4%~119.0% ,相对标准偏差2.5%~11.5% ;0.2 mg/kg 添加水平的平均回收率为81.2%~115.5% ,相对标准偏差为
2.8%~8.1% 。此方法可适用于大白菜,辣椒,茄子,番茄,菠菜,苦瓜,结球甘蓝和豇豆等样品的氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的分析测
定。

Determination of Eight Carbamate Pesticides in Vegetables by High

Abstract: A new method for the simultaneous determination of eight carbamate pesticides in Chinese cabbage, pepper, egg-plant,
tomato, Chinese spinach, bitter gourd, cabbage and cowpea by high performance liquid chromatography was developed. Eight carbamate
pesticides was extracted from the samples by acetonitrile, salted, purified with LC-NH2 column and determined by high performance liquid
chromatography using post-column derivatization with fluorescence detector. The proposed methods showed a good linearity between
analytical signal in the range of 0.1~1.0 mg/L with the linea
