我国家族企业职业经理人传承模式影响因素研究的中期报告 摘要: 家族企业在中国经济中占据着重要地位。然而,许多家族企业存在着传承管理难题,职业经理人的地位和作用也一直备受关注。本报告主要关注于研究我国家族企业职业经理人的传承模式及其影响因素。通过对多个家族企业的调查和分析,揭示了家族企业职业经理人的传承模式和影响因素。 本报告的结论是: 家族企业职业经理人传承模式有多种,包括内部传承、外部招聘、自主培养等。其中,内部传承是最常用的一种方式。 家族企业传承模式的影响因素主要有家族企业的发展阶段、家族成员的参与程度、企业文化、职业经理人的能力和背景等因素。 家族企业需要建立完善的人才管理制度,制定合理的职业经理人培养计划,建立科学的职业发展路径,同时注重职业经理人的职业素养和实践能力的培养。 最后,报告提出了一些对家族企业职业经理人传承模式有意义的建议。 关键词:家族企业,职业经理人,传承模式,影响因素,人才管理 Abstract: Family businesses are important players in the Chinese economy. However, many family businesses face challenges in succession management, and the role and status of professional managers have long been a concern. This report focuses on the study of the succession mode and influencing factors of professional managers in Chinese family businesses. Through surveys and analysis of multiple family businesses, the report reveals the succession mode and influencing factors of professional managers in family businesses. The conclusions of this report are: There are multiple succession modes for professional managers in family businesses, including internal succession, external recruitment, and self-training. Among them, internal succession is the most commonly used. The influencing factors of family business succession mode mainly include the development stage of family businesses, the degree of participation of family members, corporate culture, the ability and background of professional managers, and other factors. Family businesses need to establish a sound talent management system, develop reasonable training plans for professional managers, establish scientific career development paths, and focus on cultivating the professional ethics and practical abilities of professional managers. Finally, the report proposes some meaningful suggestions for the succession mode of professional managers in family businesses.
