In order to deeply understand the privacy content that compatriots pay attention to ，this paper adopts interview and questionnaire analysis to find that the privacy awareness of compatriots for video audio data ，social networks and law-abiding situation is not enough. The privacy awareness of minors and the elderly is not enough ;and minors ，women and the elderly are short of privacy protection skills. The paper suggests that to improve relevant laws and regulations ，incorporate core sensitive data into legal protection ，formulate industry data collection negative list and negative list of data used for special population ，and regulate the use of new sensitive data.
