学兔兔 汽车实川技术 20l 5 第2驯 测试试验 AUTOMOBILE APPLIED TECHN0LOGY 20 15 NO.2 汽车自动变速器故障诊断系统虚拟仪器的设计 杨旭志,高俊文,廖中文 (广东农工商职业技术学院 机电系,广东 广州 510507) 摘 要:通过对汽车自动变速器的故障分析,为了实现汽车电控自动变速器故障诊断的自动化和智能化,本文设计 的虚拟仪器,可对自动变速器运行工况进行实时数据采集,采集的数据包括发动机转速、节气门开度、车速、主轴 转速、冷却液温度和3个换挡电磁阀通断情况,经过与专业诊断仪器的对比,验证了采集数据的准确性,后续结合 神经网络技术可实现对采集数据的分析并且能直接给出故障诊断结果。 关键词:自动变速器;虚拟仪器;故障诊断 中图分类号:U463.2 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1 671—7988(201 5)02—1 05—03 Development of Automatic Transmission Fault Diagnosis Based on Virtual Instrument Yang Xuzhi,Gao Junwen,Liao Zhongwen (Department ofMechanical and Electrical,GuangdongAIB Polytechnic College,Guangdong Guangzhou 510507) Abstract:Based on the fault analysis of automobile automatic transmission,in order to realize the automation and intelligent automatic transmission fault diagnosis,virtual instrument is designed in this paper,which can perform real-time data acquisition for automatic transmission operating conditions,including the engine speed,throttle opening,vehicle speed,spindle speed,coolant temperature and 3 shift the electromagnetic valve to break the situation of data acquisition,through the comparison with the professional diagnosis instrument,to verify the accuracy of the data collection,the follow-up combined with neural network technology can realize the analysis ofcoUected data and Can directly give the result of fault diagnosis.
