本科毕业论文（设计）题目：不同菠菜材料维生素C含量分析Study on the vitamin C?content of different?spinach?materials学院生命与环境科学学院年级专业 2011级园艺学生姓名周晨学号 110153497 指导教师王全华完成日期 2015 年 4 月摘要菠菜是重要的世界性叶类蔬菜，含有丰富的VC。菠菜种质VC含量的测定，即可作为抗衰老及抗逆境的重要生理指标，同时对菠菜品质优劣、选育良种都具有重要意义。本试验以98种菠菜材料（包括自交系、杂交一代及地方品种）为研究对象，大田种植，待长至成熟期时，采用紫外分光光度法测定菠菜中VC含量。试验结果表明：不同菠菜材料间VC含量差异显著，供试菠菜VC含量范围在0.769~1.951mg/g之间，最高与最低差异有2倍多。不同菠菜材料中VC含量呈正态分布，菠菜VC含量主要集中在0.90~1.56mg/g之间。根据柱状图分组结果可将98个菠菜材料分为10组，其中，VC含量较低的有自交系菠57号等，含量较高的一组有JQSP13-13。综上，菠菜VC含量的存在基因型间差异，借此可筛选出适合生产或制种的优良菠菜品种。关键词：菠菜维生素C 种质育种AbstractSpinach?is a worldwide?important?leafy vegetables,?rich in VC. Determination of VC content?of spinach?germplasm,?can be?as an important?physiological index of?anti-aging?and anti?adversity. At the same time?has important significance?on spinach?quality,?breeding. In this experiment, 98 kinds of spinach materials (including inbred, hybrid generation and conventional varieties) were set as the research object. After sampling from field at commerical mature stage, determination of VC?content in spinach?by UV spectrophotometry. The results showed that the VC content were significantly different between different spinach materials. The VC were in the range of 0.769~1.951mg/g. The difference of soluble sugar content between maximum and minimum reached two times. The range of VC in different spinach materials tends to fellow a normal distribution. The VC?content of?spinach?is mainly concentrated in the?0.90~1.56mg/g. According to the results of the histogram grouping, 98 spinach materials can be divided into 10 groups. The group with the lowest content of VC included Inbred lines??spinach of 57. The group of highest content included JQSP13-13.
