摘要:本设计为25000m /d 焦化厂污水处理站设计。该厂污水的主要来源是焦化废水,焦化废水的
主要污染物质有:COD 、BOD 、氰化物、氨氮、悬浮物、苯酚及苯系化合物等,焦化废水的特点
是成分多,组分复杂、浓度高、毒性大、难降解,所以本设计采用具有良好去除有机物、氨氮等的
氧化沟法。该污水处理站的处理工艺流程为:污水→粗格栅→进水泵房→细格栅→曝气沉砂池→奥
贝尔氧化沟→二沉池→消毒池→出水。焦化废水中各污染物经此工艺流程处理后均达到了《污水综
合排放标准》(一级,GB8978-1996 )标准。

Abstract:This design is 25000m3 / d coking plant wastewater treatment plant design. The plant is the
maj or source of sewage wastewater, coke plant wastewater are the main pollutants: COD, BOD, cyanide,
ammonia, suspended solids, phenol and benzene compounds, coking wastewater is characterized by
multi-component, component complex, the concentration high, toxic, biodegradable, so the design uses a
good removal of organic matter, ammonia and other oxidation ditch. Treatment of the sewage treatment
station process: sewage water → coarse grid → Water pumping station → Fine grid → Aerated Grit
Chamber → Orbal oxidation ditch → Secondary settling tank → Disinfection tank → disinfected pool
water. The pollutants in coke plant wastewater treatment by this process has reached the Integrated
Wastewater Discharge Standard (a, GB8978-1996) standard.
