摘要本设计任务为年产120万吨冶金焦焦化厂鼓风冷凝阶段的初步设计。设计是由摘要、引言、文献综述、文献综述、研究内容与工艺设计方案及选型、煤气的鼓风冷凝工段的工艺计算、非工艺条件的选择和设计、工厂的实际经验和某些技术上的改进、参考文献等部分组成。本设计对煤气的鼓风冷凝工段进行了初步的设计。对流程中所需的各种设备,如横管初冷气、鼓风机、电捕焦油器、机械化氨水澄清槽等进行了详细的计算和选型。同时对其做了工艺计算,达到了所需规格性能的要求。本设计还对鼓风冷凝工段的非工艺条件进行了选择、设计,使鼓风冷凝工段更加完善。在鼓风冷凝工段中,本设计应用了国内的一些焦化厂的改进技术,具有一定参考价值。关键词:鼓风;冷凝;炼焦;横管初;鼓风工艺流程AbstractThe task of design is the primary design of the congealed work segment of blasting in the coking plan that products metallurgical coke 1200 thousand ton. The design is divided into the abstract ,the introduction ,the literature summarizes,the research content and the technological design plan and the shaping,the coal gas drum wind condensation construction section process design, the non-technological conditions choice and the design , the factory practical experience and certain technical improved, the reference parts etc.This design has carried on the preliminary design to the congealed work segment of breeze of blasting to purifying coal gas.Each kind of equipment needed in the processing, such as the horizontal at the beginning of cross-tube primary gas cooler,the blast ,the electricity caughtthe tar,the mechanized storage pond and so on carries on in detail, has been done to it and has matched the requipment.
