蚕茧对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能实验研究摘要:为研究蚕茧处理染料废水的实际吸附效果,以亚甲基蓝溶液模拟废水作为研究对象,我们考察了pH,初始溶液浓度,振荡时间,以及酸改性后的蚕茧,对亚甲基蓝溶液吸附效果的相关规律。在温度为30℃,pH为7—8时,振荡30min的条件下,0.05g亚甲基蓝可以使25mg,20mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液吸附率达到94%以上。30℃,pH=8的条件下,理论上的饱和吸附量为9.68mg/g。酸改性之后的蚕茧较未改性的蚕茧吸附性能急剧下降。在30℃,pH=8的条件下,振荡30min的条件下,0.05g改性之后的蚕茧可以使25mg,20mg/L的亚甲基蓝溶液吸附率达到40%。本实验为蚕茧处理染料废水的最适条件提供了相关数据参考。关键词:蚕茧;吸附;亚甲基蓝;吸附性能Study on the absorption of Methylene Blue by CocoonAbstract: In order to explore the effects of cocoon on the absorption of dye waste water, methylene blue simulated wastewater was taken as the research object. It investigated the absorption effects and ?related?regulations? of the bagasse on the methylene blue in aqueous solution,such as different cocoon dosage,pH,shaking time,initial concentration of methylene blue and cocoon of acid modified. The results indicate that the absorption rate of methylene blue is up to 94% in solution with initial methylene blue concentration of 25 mg / L,cocoon dosage of 0.25g /100 mL,pH of 8,shaking time of 30 minutes andtemperature of 30 ℃.The theoretical saturated absorption amount of cocoon is 9.68mg/g at 30 ℃ .Compared to cocoon of not modified,the effects of acid modified cocoon on the absorption of dye waste water is sharply falling.
