摘 要:对QT500-7 熔炼过程中化学成分的选择、原材料选择、熔炼工艺、球化处理、孕育处理、质量检测等方面进
行了分析。提出合理的成分配比、熔炼、球化、孕育处理工艺。经检测,所得材料的力学性能达到了QT500-7 的要求,金相
组织符合标准。
关键词:球墨铸铁;化学成分;球化;孕育;组织性能

Abstract Analyzing the smelting process for ductile cast iron QT500-7, including the choice of chemical composition, casting
process, the choice of raw materials, melting process, spheroidizing treatment, inoculation treatment, quality inspection and
other aspects according to the performance index of QT500-7, the reasonable composition, melting process, spheroidizing
process and inoculation process were put forward. The testing results show that the mechanical properties of the tested
materials achieve the requirements of QT500-7,and the microstructure meets standard.
