应用文体 文化信息的传递 旅游资料是一种宣传资料，旨在吸引游客，激发兴趣，增强乐趣，传播文化。翻译的关键就是文化信息的传递。无论什么内容，什么文体，都要围绕向读者传递信息和文化背景知识这一目的进行，让读者读懂。接受。 旅游资料中的文化信息及民族差异体现在历史掌故、宗教风貌、园林艺术、民族风情、饮食文化、思维方式等方面的不同。 翻译的方法：增译、减译。 增译：就是对有关中国文化的内容，通过增加字、词、句，对原文作进一步解释，这样会让人易于理解，加深印象、增添乐趣。增译往往是增补必要的背景知识。 减译：减去对译文理解没有帮助的东西。中国在写事状物时喜欢引用名人名言或古诗词加以验证，中国读者读了会从中得到艺术享受，而外国人看来似乎是画蛇添足。因此将这些名言、诗词等删去，反而干净利落，明白晓畅。 遵循的原则：一以中国文化为基准。就是尽量保留中国文化信息，尽量多的宣传中国文化，促进文化交流；二是以译文读者为导向，就是在不损害原意的基础上，调整旅游资料的信息量和篇章结构，让译文读者能从译文中获取所需要的中国文化信息，增加旅游兴趣，达到旅游资料英译的目的。 旅游避暑胜地——承德 1701年，朔风凛冽，滴水成冰，康熙皇帝率领着满蒙骑兵，自北京向北进发。他一边打猎，一边踏勘建立行宫的地点。有一天，他来到了一个地方，就是现在的承德，见这里的山川有南秀北雄的特点，具备建立大型宫苑的条件，同时地理位置适中，距北京只有250里。“奏章朝发夕至，纵理万机与宫中无异。”康熙十分高兴，决定在这里建筑大型的离宫，叫热河行宫，后来，康熙又为离宫写了一块大匾“避暑山庄”，热河改名为承德。 避暑山庄建成以后，康熙、乾隆等皇帝每年都要带着后妃及文臣武将从北京皇宫来到这里。大臣奏本，部落首领朝拜和外国使者晋谒皇帝等朝政活动，也在这里举行。承德成了清朝的第二个政治中心。 避暑山庄利用自然条件，把江南塞北的风景融入一园，并把我国各民族建筑艺术精华聚于一地。经过大修的十里长的离宫墙，依山就势，蜿蜒曲折，犹如万里长城的缩影，游客看后赞叹不已。 The Summer Resort——Chengde It was the winter in 1701 when the water drops were instantly frozen in the whistling north wind, the Emperor Kangxi, with his Mongolian cavalry, was heading northward from Beijing, hunting and looking for a building site for the imperial palace.
