民营企业融资问题毕业论文.doc

摘要 近几年来，民营经济已成为国民经济增长最快的成分，在民营企业迅速发展的过程当中，面临着很多困难,其中融资困难，是阻碍民营企业发展的一个普遍性的问题，各级政府部门以及金融系统为解决民营企业融资问题已经做了不少努力，但困难依然存在，如今融资难的问题，已经成为制约广大民营企业生存和发展的主要瓶颈。找出造成融资难的真正原因，并采取切实可行的对策，无疑会对进一步促进民营经济的发展有着十分重要的现实意义。 本文首先描述了目前民营中小企业面临的融资现状：融资渠道狭窄，融资方式单一；内源融资是中小企业资本形成的重要方式，但资金供给有限：民营企业的融资受到歧视，间接融资严重不足；直接融资是中小企业融资的发展趋势，但难度太大：融资成本高。 随后本文从信息不对称和企业自身、银行、政府三个角度对中小企业融资困境的成因进行了分析。 最后，在结合前面分析的基础上，从三方面分别提出了相应的对策和建议从政府方面：要加强法规和政策力度，优化融资环境，完善相关法律法规；要从政策上积极鼓励私营企业拓宽发展空间；政府要增强社会服务功能，为私营经济发展提供有效服务；政府“做媒”积极牵手银企合作，同时对中小企业实行财税优惠政策。从社会金融环境方面：加快金融体制改革，增加商业银行的服务意识，拓展金融市场；加大金融中介机构建设，完善信用担保制度；加快证券市场的建设,拓展证券市场；设立社会民间融资基金；从企业方面：加强中小企业的公司治理建设；强化信用观念,提高信用等级；健全、完善企业财务机制；熟悉金融市场，积极寻找适合自身的融资渠道。 关键词： 民营企业 融资难 信息不对称 Absract Non-state-operated economy already becomes national economy during the past the past few years, increasing the quickest component , the be confronted with many difficulty among the process developing, among them prompt financing is difficult in non-governmentally operated enterprise , is the problem blocking a universality that non-governmentally operated enterprise develops, government departments at all levels and the finance system are that the problem resolving the non-governmentally operated enterprise financing has already made many effort, but difficulty as before existence, difficult problem of financing, already becomes the main bottleneck restricting extensive non-governmentally operated enterprise existing and developing now.
