毕业论文 （20_ _届） 义乌市民营企业融资问题研究 摘 要 义乌市民营企业依托着小商品市场，得到了迅速发展，己经成为义乌经济的重要组成部分。但随着市场经济改革的不断发展和企业竞争的不断加剧，义乌市民营企业又普遍面临着融资问题。本文以义乌市民营企业为研究对象。采用了理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法展开研究，首先阐述了民营企业，融资等基本概念，结合义乌的实际情况，论述了义乌市民营企业的融资状况和融资特点，发现了贷款满足率低等关键词：Abstract Private enterprise has been developing rapidly and relying on Yi Wu commodity market, has become an important part of the economy in Yi Wu. With the deepening of the market economy, enterprise reform and competition private enterprise generally faces financial difficulties in Yi Wu. In this paper, the research object is private enterprises in Yi Wu. Using theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the method, firstly, this paper expounds private enterprises and the basic concepts of finance. With the actual situation in Yi Wu, it discussed the financing situation of private enterprises and finds the problems of mortgages difficult, low satisfy and complicated procedures. This paper analyzes internal and external aspects of the private enterprise and the causes and financing for private enterprises in Yi Wu. The individual cases are used to explain the new financing methods of private enterprise.
