摘 要: 通过金相技术、力学性能试验和 技术,研究了固溶 时效热处理对 铝合金焊接接头微观组织和
SEM + 6061
力学性能的影响。结果表明,热处理前焊接接头两侧热影响区内有一对对称分布的软化区,其原因是由于焊接热输入的
影响使该部位发生了过时效。 固溶处理 人工时效热处理后,焊缝和热影响软化区析出较多的强化相 ,焊接接头
+ (Mg Si)
2
硬度和拉伸性能明显提高。
