内容提要
自改革开放至今,由于国家政策的大力扶持和人们的从商意识的不断提高,我国已经出现 了很多的私营企业,它对国家的经济影响力不断的提高,已经起到了举足轻重的地位,也构成 中国特色社会主义的主要内容,构成中国经济持续、快捷、健康的发展的主要支柱。它实现了 生产要素和资源的有效结合,不论是促进社会经济的发展还是解决就业,在各方面都发挥着十 分重要的作用,具有广大的发展前景。随着企业的发展壮大,企业管理模式成为企业运作的重 中之重。由于私营企业依靠的是家族式的管理模式,虽然在企业创业初期具有独特的优势,可 以积极促进和推动企业的快速发展,但是,当企业发展到一定的阶段时,这种家族式管理模式 的弊端逐渐显露出来,如:高度集权、管理混乱、任人唯亲等。阻碍了企业的发展。企业要获 得长期稳定的发展必须改正原有落后的家族式管理模式,以科学完善的现代化管理制度去消除 人为的管理因素,建立完善的管理体系,打造良好的企业文化。本文以大连嘉禾食品添加剂经 销有限公司为例对其从管理方式等相关问题提出了一定的建议和相对的解决对策。

ABSTRACT
Since Chinas reform and opening up,our country appeared many private enterprises due to the strong support of national policy and the improvement of peoples awareness in business ,its influence on the national economy improve continually,playing an important role, and it also constitutes the main content of the Socialism with Chinese Characteristics, becoming the main pillar of Chinas economy sustained, rapid and healthy development. It realizes the effective combination of production factors and resources, plays a very important role in all aspects whether in promoting the development of social economic or solving the employment, and has a broad development prospect. With the development the management mode of the enterprise becomes the top priority in the enterprise operations. The enterprise has its unique advantages in the early period because of the private enterprises relying on the family-run management mode, and it can actively promote and drive the rapid development of enterprises. But when enterprise develops to a certain moment, the drawbacks of the family-run management mode gradually emerge, such as highly centralized, management confusion, cronyism and so on, hindering the development of enterprises.
