合金钢基体表面熔渗高熵合金组织及性能研究 摘要:传统合金都是在一种或两种主要元素的基础上加入合金元素从而得到性能不同的合金。如铁基合金、钴基合金、铝基合金等,目前人类所用的传统合金系统有30多种。多主元高熵合金突破了以1种或2种金属元素为主的传统合金的发展框架,是一局等原子笔、高熵合金这样的合金设计理念而发展起来的,这种合金的突出特点是有高熵效应,高熵效应的影响使高熵合金具有许多有别于传统合金的组织和性能特点,往往表现出显微结构简化、纳米析出物及非经结构、纳米晶粒等组织特征和高强度、高硬度、耐磨、耐腐蚀等性能特点。目前人们对高熵合金的研究还处于初级阶段,现有的研究表明,作为一个材料研究的新兴领域,高熵合金有着很高的研究价值与广阔的应用前景。 合金刃具钢作为刀具材料,要求有较高的硬度与强度,鉴于高熵合金具有较高的硬度、强度、耐磨性等特性,考虑将高熵合金作为涂层涂到合金刃具钢表面,进行熔渗,这样可以得到强度更高的合金刃具钢。 为此,我们将进行一系列对比实验。来研究高熵合金熔渗在不同金属基体材料上获得的熔渗层的组织和性能。我们主要进行以下实验:高熵合金在合金钢基体表面熔渗工艺实验,熔渗高熵合金的显微组织观察,硬度、耐磨性等力学性能实验。 关键词:高熵合金,合金刃具钢,表面熔渗 Alloy substrate surface infiltration and properties of high entropy alloy Abstract: traditional alloy is the addition of alloying elements in one or two major elements so as to get the performance of different alloys. Multi principal element high entropy alloy breaks through the traditional alloy development framework with 1 or 2 kinds of metal elements in the Bureau, is a ballpoint pen,high entropy alloy of this alloy design concept and development, prominent characteristic of this alloy is high entropy effect, effect of high entropy effecthas the high entropy alloy many characteristics of microstructure and properties of different from the traditional alloy, often exhibit microstructuresimplified, nano precipitates and non structure, nano grain structure and high strength, high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and otherproperties. The current research on the high entropy alloy is still in its initial stage, existing research shows that, as a new field of materials research, high entropy alloy has a prospect of the application of high research value andbroad.
