Key words :12Cr 1MoV ;low alloy st eel t ube ;weld st ruct ure ;microhar dness 　　某公司将材质为 12Cr 1MoV 的合金钢管进行 焊接后取样 ,检验其力学性能 ,并重点对焊接处的组 织 、显微硬度进行了检验和分析 。其结果表明 ,焊缝 及热影响区组织与标准焊接组织基本相符 ,使用效 果较好 ,并能满足标准要求 。 1 　焊接部位的组织与显微硬度 　　12Cr 1MoV 焊接处宏观形貌见图 1 。从中观察 到 ,焊接处质量较好 ,焊接表面较光滑 ,无表面砂眼 和小孔洞等缺陷 ,焊纹圆滑 ,表面光亮 。 　　对 12Cr 1MoV 取样后进行拉伸和冷弯试验 ,力 ( ) 学性能检测结果均符合标准要求 表 1 。其基体与 图
