T8钢基体表面熔渗高熵合金组织及性能研究 摘要: 1995 (或称多元高混乱度合金)。作为一种新型的合金材料,高熵合金表现出许多优良的特性,其中极高的硬度、强度、良好的热稳定性和耐腐蚀性以及良好的塑韧性等是其显著特点。多主元高熵合金表现出与传统合金不同的特性,而且通过不同的元素搭配可获得种类繁多的新型合金,因此具有丰富的应用潜能和广阔的应用前景。 本文研究了关键词:高熵合金高硬度 T8 steel substrate surface aluminized high entropy alloys and performance research Abstract:In 1995, Ye Junyu put forward a new concept of alloy design to multi principal element high entropy alloy (or multiple high degree of confusion alloy). As a kind of material alloy, high entropy alloy exhibits many excellent properties, the thermal stability of high hardness, strength, and good corrosion resistance andgood ductility and toughness is its remarkable characteristic. Multi principal element high entropy alloys showed different characteristics from traditional alloy,but with different kinds of new alloys can be obtained through different elements,so it has potential application in rich and broad application prospects. This paper studied the T8 steel matrix surface melt infiltration structure and properties of high entropy alloys. High entropy alloy by using five groups of AI,Cr, Co, Fe, Ni, Mo, Ti, Si eight element high entropy alloys with Al, Cr, Co, Fe, Nihigh entropy alloy, by induction heating and heat treatment furnace heated tohigh entropy alloy coating is penetrated into the various substrate surface, theanalysis and comparison of the best infiltration process. At the same time,observed the microstructure of high entropy alloy coating, hardness, wear resistance and mechanical properties of the coating material test.
