In France, more than half of workers worked for 31 -35 hours, accounting for the largest proportion. The percentage of people working for 36 to 40 hours and 46 to 50 hours ranked the second and third place with 30% and 20% respectively. By contrast, in Demark and Sweden, the majority of people (70% in Danmark,80% in Sweden)worked for 36 to 40 hours .People working for 31-35 hours and 41 to 45 hours came in the second and third place in these two countries (25% and 12% in Denmark, 35% and 30% in Sweden) Similarly , in UK ， people working for 36 to 40 hours constituted for the largest proportion with a half. Interestingly, the number of workers increased with the growth of the working hours, except for the proportion of staff working for 36 to 40 hours.
