In order to keep the room up to par, periodic training sessions are a necessity. It would assist you to develop a smooth and easy way of doing your work more efficiently.

Providing information to dining room staff with which to improve on knowledge and skills is the main objective of this course. Some new ideas and procedures will be introduced along with many subjects with which might be weak.

A brief questionnaire will be used at the end of each subject in the course. This is not intended to see who can do better than everyone else, but as a voluble learning tool.
