心肌内基质金属蛋白酶及组织基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子表达变化 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨心肌内基质金属蛋白酶及组织基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子表达变化。方法 2017年1―2月随机选取该院实验室20只SD大鼠，依据随机数字表法将其分为阿霉素组和对照组两组，每组10只，应用半定量RT-PCR法测定mRNA表达水平，运用Western blotting方法对蛋白质水平进行检测，然后对心肌组织MMP-2、MMP-9表达、TIMP-1、MAPKs活性受到阿霉素的影响进行分析。结果 心肌组织MMP-2、MMP-9mRNA在阿霉素的作用下提升，心肌组织MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白表达水平在阿霉素处理的情况下提升；心肌组织TIMP-1mRNA水平会在阿霉素的作用下提升，心肌组织TIMP-1蛋白水平在阿霉素处理的情况下提升；心肌组织p38MAPK磷酸化水平在阿霉素处理的情况下提升，而ERK、JNK MAPK MAPKs磷酸化水平并没有在阿霉素处理的情况下提升。结论 心肌内基质金属蛋白酶及组织基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子表达受到阿霉素的直接而深刻的影响，值得临床充分重视 [关键词] 心肌内基质金属蛋白酶；组织基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子；表达；变化 [中图分类号] R563 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（a）-0007-03 Changes of Intramyocardial Matrx Metalloproteinases and Tissue Inhibitor of Metalloproteinase Protein Expression MA Xin-hua Department of Clinical Laboratory， Heze Multiple Hospital， Heze， Shandong Province， 274000 China [Abstract] Objective To study the changes of intramyocardial matrx metalloproteinases and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase protein expression.
